Course Description

This practical training has been specifically developed to enhance the performance of staff members that entering the supervisor levels, Line Managers and any staff members that wants gain knowledge and practical skills at supervisory level.

• Be familiar with issues that inhibit effective supervision.
• Be familiar with basic principles of functional management.
• Have an improved understanding of staff members and the organisation.
• Exhibit improved confidence in providing quality service to the organisation.
