This course is designed for all working class as they will learn how to succeed in interpersonal relationships. Much emphasis will focus on understanding yourself and managing your emotions and thoughts in a variety of challenging situations. It will also enable participants to handle social interactions, managing changes and be more flexible in any situation.

This practical training has been specifically developed to enhance the performance of staff members such as: Administrators, Frontline employees, Supervisors, Managers and Senior Managers.

• Apply the tools for assessing individual and organisational strengths and opportunities for improvement
• Demonstrate the core skills needed for emotional intelligence
• Understand the model strategies and examples for using emotional intelligence in business and social settings, with family and friends.
