Aims of the programme:
The Human Resources Management Development Programme is a course designed for Human Resource Managers and practitioners who have experience in the field of HR and need to increase their strategic and operational influence within the overall business. The underlying emphasis is on the skills needed to partner business operations as an effective change management agent and support for the organisation’s cultural, financial and strategic imperatives.

Entry Requirements:
B-degree or equivalent or individuals who have already been in a Human Resources Management position for 5 years.

Commercial Advancement Training Scheme

The Diploma in Business Process Management is designed to equip students with a broad knowledge in the areas of business economics, accounting, retail, marketing, sales and logistics. The programme provide students with the necessary skills and business process management tools and techniques needed to improve, manage and maintain processes within the transport, logistics and related industries.The programme allows for early exit with a Diploma in Business Process Management (NQF Level 6) after successful completion of the two years of study. Graduates will be able to find employment in the public and private sectors as trainee branch managers, administrators, operations managers, marketing, procurement, sales, customer service officers, and start-up and growth opportunities as owners/managers of small- or micro- enterprises.
